Go to the list of Items. Page forward to your assigned Items.
Click on the pencil icon to edit your item.
Scroll down to the empty fields in the Item template (starting with affiliation).
Review the entry for your assigned person in Freedom’s Lawmakers to fill in the details in the form. There are notes right on the form about how to complete the fields. You can also consult the Data Dictionary. If there is no information related to a particular field, you should leave it blank.
When you have completed filling in the information for this person, scroll back up to the top of the form, and select the Mapping tab.
Go to the Search icon on the map and enter the name of the place where this person served office.
Select the marker icon and place it in the middle of the map in the viewport. Type the individual’s name (Lastname, Firstname) into the marker label form.
Go to the upper right-hand corner of the Item Edit form and click save.
